If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 days of purchase either online or in store. For in-store returns, you are kindly requested to provide the digital invoice or order number.
Online Returns:
• To initiate an online return, simply visit your account's ‘orders’ section and submit a return request. • The return window for online returns is 14 days, and processing typically takes 2-5 days. • If your purchase includes both returnable and non-returnable items, the entire invoice will be considered non-returnable. • For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account within 3-7 business days. • Should you wish to exchange a returnable online purchase, you have the option to return the item in store or online and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
In-Store Returns: • Returns for items with manufacturing defects are accepted within 30 days.
General Return Notes:
• Shipping fees, if applicable, and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable. • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging. • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as in the original transaction.
